All NEW families joining us SPRING 2026 will have a registration fee of $60. This includes registration for one child. For each additional child your family is registering, please add $10 to the registration fee. The total family registration fee will be capped at $80. This fee can be paid via Paypal, check (made payable to The Inclusive Academy), or cash. We look forward to learning together!

Registration for all RETURNING families joining us SPRING 2026 is half off, $30 for the first child and $5 for each additional child. The total registration fee is capped at $45.

The registration fee goes towards: Website, insurance, building, supplies, activities, etc.

As the primary homeschool parent/guardian/caretaker, I an agent for myself and family members, the Releasor, being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted to participate in homeschool support group meetings and homeschool activities, run and/or operated by the Releasee, WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE the Releasee, its owners, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors, and all business associates and partners involved in the presentation of the above noted activities including but not limited to the INclusive Academy; and their owners, officers and employees, from all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury to person and property, even injury resulting in the death of the Releasor and/or family members, which has been or may be sustained in consequence of the Releasor’s participation in the activity(s) described above, and notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Releasee.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release agreement, that I fully understand same, and that I am freely and voluntarily executing same.

By signing this release I and my family members will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Releasee for any property loss or personal injury that I or my family members may sustain while participating in or preparing for the above noted activity(s). This agreement is effective for the entire duration of my participation with this group.

I have been given the opportunity and have been encouraged to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this Waiver and Release agreement.

I understand that this Waiver and Release agreement is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns.

This release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this release and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.

This Waiver and Release Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and it is acknowledged by the Releasor to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of this jurisdiction.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SUBMITING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEE(S). 4. I AGREE. By typing in the full name of the primary homeschool parent/guardian/caregiver, you are agreeing to the above Liability Waiver.

RETURNING FAMILIES: Registration for the spring term is 30$ off. Initial fee is $30, additional students are $5 capped at $45.
Instructor fees teachers are individual contractors and will reach out to families with their prefered method of payments. Do not make payments to The INclusive Academy.

*New this year! Due to the high rate of late cancelations and/or no shows in the past, we are continuing with the new payment plan.  * A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon registration paid to the instructor for a class to hold your spot. The instructor will send payment information after receiving registration and/or payment options are listed in the course description.
Registrations or initial payments made after August 29 will include a $20 late fee.

It is very unfortunate we had to make this decision, but the rate of drops and no shows is not acceptable.
