Payment Instructions

Your $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon submission of this form. The remaining $100 will be applied to your account and payments may be made until 7/17/2026. Please add your student fees at this time (in order as they appear on the list: 1st student, 2nd, 3rd, etc). Families with 5 or more students will receive a discounted student rate of $30/child. Student Fees must also be paid in full by 7/17/2026.
