We're happy that you are interested in joining the SAMC Homeschool Ministry.  

Please complete the following information.  We look forward to speaking with you to get to know more about your needs and let you know more about our community.  

Once we receive your interest form, we will send you more information about the Homeschool Ministry as well as Laude Homeschool Co-op.  If you are interested in Laude Homeschool Co-op, make sure to complete the interest form that we will send your way.  Those who complete an interest form for Laude Homeschool Co-op will be contacted by the Laude Director.
