Q:

As a parent, how am I expected to participate at Grace Homeschool Co-op?

A:

One parent must be involved and on premises while his/her child(ren) are at co-op.  Each adult has a job every class period, as either a teacher, assistant, hall monitor, "floater" to cover absences, or is given a cleaning duty.  These jobs are assigned based on a combination of their preferences and the needs of the co-op each semester.

Q:

What does it cost to attend Grace Homeschool Co-op?

A:

There will be a family fee for each semester of co-op classes to cover operating expenses such as rent, insurance, website fees, office supplies and cleaning supplies.  This fee may vary slightly each semester depending on factors such as rent and insurance costs, currently the family fee is $100 per semester.  In addition to the family fee, there will also be class supply fees.  Class supply fees are based upon individual classes for which your student(s) sign up for during class sign ups.  Class supply fees allow teachers to purchase supplies needed for class. We strive to keep the co-op as affordable as possible and attempt to offer free/low cost class options.
