When registering your children, please enter the grade level for THIS school year. Not the grade level your student will be in in 2026-2027. Our system will update it at the end of this collective year.

Family registration payments are due within 24 hours of application approval to secure your family enrollment in the 2026 - 2027 Collective Year.

Invoices will be emailed to the address you enter. Please note this is a non-refundable payment to hold your student's class spot.

Payments may be submitted via the Meadowlark Collective HSL website payment portal or a check can be mailed to Meadowlark Collective, PO Box 1473, Travelers Rest, SC 29690. *If you mail a check, please email us immediately so that you do not lose your class spot.

Meadowlark Collective teachers may take photos of students throughout the collective day to share with parents through our HSL platform. Photos uploaded to our HSL platform are only available to our current Meadowlark Collective families to view. These photos are a way to peak into your student's day. All students who attend Meadowlark Collective may have their photo taken and uploaded to HSL for current families only. However, you may choose whether or not you wish to share photos of your student on our website or social media sites.

5. Meadowlark Collective was created as a way to provide an effective, communal and restful learning experience for multiple grades through proficient educators, all while providing a day of rest for mothers. In order to continue providing this restful atmosphere of engaged learning, we are asking for parents to fill in where they are able during the collective year. This is not a requirement, more of a heart felt request. These opportunities are completely voluntary and a wonderful way to peek into your student's collective day.

Lunch Monitors will graciously give an hour of their time on Thursday from noon to 1:00 pm. Your main responsiblilty will be to help keep an eye on the students as they spend their lunch hour outside on the playground, in the front and back fields, at the basketball goal, and in the back parking area. All students spend their lunch hour outside (unless the weather prevents it) with the first 15 minutes dedicated to eating. Lunches are pack in and pack out to minimize cleanup. Two lunch monitors are requested each week in addition to the staff we have on hand.
Special Event Volunteers will assist where needed with events that happen outside Thursday collective days or with special events during collective days. These are scheduled in advance. Special Events could include Holiday Showcase, Readers Theatre, Presentations, Science Fair, Plays, Movie Nights, Spring Showcase, End of the Year Bash and other events as they arrise.

6. Meadowlark Collective has a staff of wonderful and dedicated teachers who sometimes need to miss a class for one reason or another. We humbly ask that you consider serving as a substitute teacher, if you are able, in one or all of our classes offered. Having this readily available list of substitute teachers is a great relief to our staff if they should need it. Substitute Teachers are typically requested in advance, but sometimes contacted last minute. Curriculum plans are provided for the classes covered. Substitutes are paid $25 per class hour taught. Support is available throughout the day.

If you are interested in substituting for Meadowlark Collective this year, please indicate all classes you are willing to cover and if you need advance notice or minimal notice.

Upon enrollment confirmation from Meadowlark Collective, you will receive an invoice for the registration fee for the upcoming collective year. Please wait to send payment until your application has been approved and you have receive an invoice. Current families may drop off payment at the next collective day.

If you do not plan to return to Meadowlark Collective next year, we understand. HSL requires you to complete this form in order to continue to have access for the remainder of this year.

Family registration fee payments are due within 24 hours of application approval to secure your family enrollment in the 2026 - 2027 Collective Year.

Registration Fees are as follows and will be invoiced to you.

Families with students in grades K5 to 8th:
- $150 – Families with one student.
- $200 – Families with two students.
- $250 – Families with three or more students.
Upper School students (9th – 12th) only who do not have siblings enrolled in K5 to 8th.
- $50 – Per Upper School student.
