Guidelines for Parents

~Our classes are for the full year (two semesters). When you register your student for a class, you are agreeing to pay for both semesters, regardless of whether your student continues the class in second semester.

~Registration, class fees, and material fees are non-refundable.

~Help your children learn to be on time and to complete their homework assignments in a timely manner. Some students will need help getting and staying organized. Our teachers have a limited amount of time with your children each week. It is up to you to continue the learning at home.

~We need your help to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Parents are expected to serve as hall monitors or other volunteer positions as needed.

~For the safety of our younger students, parents must remain in the building with children age 10 and under.

~Please supervise your children. Children may play outside with parent supervision.

 

 

General Rules for Students

~Be kind, courteous, and respectful to teachers, parents, and fellow students.

~Be on time and prepared for class.

~Walk and talk quietly in the church building.

~Clean up after yourself at lunchtime or if you have a snack.

~Use the restroom during breaks rather than during class if at all possible.

~In order to make class time the most effective, please refrain from using your cell phone or electronic devices during class.

~During breaks you may quietly play a board game, read a book, or finish school work. No running inside the church building.

~Stay off the stage, and do not touch any equipment in the sanctuary.
