Expectations

1. Sunrise Christian Reformed Church graciously allows us to use their facility, we need to take care of and respect their property while we use it. 
   1. Office equipment is restricted and for church use only. Office Equipment is to be used by staff only or with approval. 
   2. The building should be left in the proper condition for the next group, including, kitchen and bathrooms.
      1. All equipment is to be returned to designated locations at end of activity.
      2. Trash will be bagged, tied and placed in supplied dumpster, kitchen cleaned and cleared.
      3. Dish towels washed and returned to church.
      4. Clean up any messes we made.
      5. No messy projects without adequate precautions in rooms.
      6.  Remove projects to the family vehicle in a tidy manner.
   3. No playing with soap, water or paper products in the bathrooms. Flush toilets after use.
   4. Food and beverages may be consumed in all rooms except the Sanctuary.
   5. If a spill or damage happens tell a Church Administrator and a Board member as soon as possible.
   6. Co-op prefers you only have water in building, nothing that will stain.
   7. Only masking tape or painters tape may be used if putting something on wall.
   8. No muddy footwear on carpeted area
   9. Everyone needs to stay out of rooms that are not designated for co-op use.
2. Christian Modesty is required for all forms of dress - this is a church facility rule.
   1. No cleavage, or midriff showing
   2. If wearing tight leggings then tops need to cover the child's bottom. Make sure that leggings are not see through.
   3. Pants should be pulled up, covering private areas.
   4. Shorts shouldn't be too short.
   5. No profanity on shirts
   6. No slogans on shirt that would go against our statement of faith.
   7. Ladies, No spiked heels on gym floor. Gym shoes are required for P.E.
3. No chewing gum or peanut products.
4. No rollerblades, roller skates or skateboards on property
5. Please use quiet voices indoors and no running in building- we are not the only ones using this facility.
6. Students must be in class, listening and respecting others, only using electronic devices for class purposes. Texting/talking on a cellphone and using a laptop for recreation or work on other classes’ assignments or projects are disrespectful to the teacher and other students. 
7. Helpers and Teachers must only use electronic devices for classroom purposes. Be an active and present adult in the classroom no matter the age of the students or the classroom tasks taking place.

*I will take full responsibility for any property damage that my child causes.

*I agree to pay CLASS fees by the first day of class and that the financial commitment that I am making applies to the entire academic year, whether or not my student finishes the class.

*I agree to hold Sunrise Christian Reformed Church and Wildcat Christian Home Educators Cooperative, their agents, employees and associates harmless from any liability associated with co-op activities and the use of the facilities.
