Application Procedure

1) You'll need to complete this application.

2) Filling out this applicaiton does not guarantee admission to the co-op. Membership is a privilege and not a right. The board reserves the right to admit or deny families for any or no reason. A previous year's membership does not guarantee future membership privileges. You will receive an approval or denial email. If denied, money will be returned.

3) After you receive an approval email, you may log in and register your children for their classes when we open registration. Classes will be filled according to "first come, first serve" basis. Everyone, including teachers, must register their children early for the best chance of getting into classes (Classes are usually limited to 10-15 students, Popular classes fill quickly).

4) Early registration is $85. Deadline ends June 30, 2026. After that, the registration fee is $130. Deadline to register for 2026-2027 classes will be July 15, 2026. Registration is non-refundable if you cancel after July 15, 2026. You may pay registration online or make checks out to Wildcat Christian Home Educators and get them to Christa Sorola..

5) Please pay class fees online, on the day of back to school bash, or first day of class. More instruction will follow closer to the beginning of the school year.
