Helpful hints for filling out your class information:

 Class Size: Minimum number of students required for making your class work and the maximum number of students you are comfortable teaching. Please contact leadership if you have any questions or concerns with your class size. There are time we will need to make adjustments for amount of students based on classroom size or needs of co-op for that hour. 

Prerequisites: List any prerequisite skills, classes or stipulations here. For example: must be able to write structured paragraphs. 

Material Fees: Material fees are figured by the teacher. They are to include the price for copies, teacher books, supplies,consumables,student books,supplies and consumables. It is reasonable to request supplies from students that are outside material fees so longs as they are included on this form. Material fees are collected once per year and will typically be collected at the close of the previous co-op year. While some classes may be an exception based on the cost of materials for the class, fees typically range from $20 to $100 per year. Material fees must be used to purchase supplies for the class. Teachers are expected to keep track of how they use their material fees and any unused fees must be returned to the parents at the end of the co-op year. 

Supplies/Books: Here you may list any supplies you wish students to bring to class on a weekly basis. If there are any books you would like students to buy please list them here. This is a great way to keep cost down espescially if you are using books that can be bought used or parents might already have. 

Class Description: We will copy and paste your description, be detailed. Please include how you would like recieve payment such as cash,check,PayPal,Venmo,Cashapp,Square,Zelle etc. Also include any homework that will be required. Please list anything (reading,writing,practicing,finishing what is not finished in class etc.) that may be homework so that parents can plan accordingly. Disclose how much homework you expect from your students each week. Parental commitment: Anything parents may need to do. For example: sign practice sheets. 

Teacher Biography: This is completely optional but may help new(er) members to co-op select the best possible courses for their students. 

TA's: Every class is assigned at least one TA. If you would like to request more or if you have specific person(s) in mind to TA in your class please list them here. TA's cannot be gaurunteed but we will make our best effort to meet your request.
