**If you are recieving ESTF Funds you must check the box that you have read and agreed to the following Ploicies, in addition to the HCU Academy policies.**
ESTF Funding Participant Fee (2026–2027): $250
1. I understand that HCU Hybrid Academy does not support or endorse the Educational Scholarship Trust Fund (ESTF) program’s rules, regulations, or state standardized testing requirements. However, HCU Hybrid Academy believes in educational freedom and school choice and welcomes families who choose to participate in the ESTF program.
2. I understand that the ESTF program has undergone multiple legislative changes, including revisions to its rules, requirements, and eligibility standards. In addition to any requirements established directly by the ESTF program, I acknowledge that participation through HCU Hybrid Academy requires attendance at the mandatory in-person state standardized testing session immediately following the Spring 2027 semester.
3. I understand that South Carolina law does not permit ESTF participants to be enrolled in a Third Option Homeschool Accountability Association while receiving ESTF funding. If I am currently enrolled with the HCU Accountability Association and choose to participate in the ESTF program, I understand that I will be immediately withdrawn from the HCU Accountability Association without a refund.
4. I understand that HCU Hybrid Academy’s role as an ESTF vendor is limited to providing the services required by the program. HCU staff will not provide guidance, assistance, or support regarding ESTF applications, eligibility, compliance, or participant requirements. Any questions related to the ESTF program must be directed to the ESTF program administrators.
FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS
A Non-refundable deposit is required at time of registraion. You must also READ and AGREE to the Policies and Procedures.
Please note that any adjustment/ discounts will be made to your account once you have completed registration. Please allow 24 hours for an updated invoice, for the balance remaining after the $100 deposit.
We have confidence that everyone has researched and done their homework before joining HCU. If you have not, please visit our website, collect your thoughts, and then email questions you may have to enrollment@HCUacademy.com.
It is also mandatory to read through the class descriptions before enrolling.
WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT ENSURE THE FOLLOWING
1. Turn OFF, having your child's picture posted in the online directory.
2. Your Google maps is turned on
3. For the privacy question: you just check NO, that you do not want your personal information open to the public Director.
