Mrs. Jeanette Mcnicol To All Instructors
Jeanette has always loved art and sewing. She studied art at Cerritos college in California and
enjoyed learning drawing, painting, illustration, ceramics, and computer graphics. These dual
interests have taken several paths including designing and manufacturing infant bedding,
designing and painting backdrops for church plays and VBS sets, stage decor, making
costumes, creating and leading crafts in VBS, designing and altering wedding and special
occasion garments. Jeanette loves to pass on the things she has learned which has led her to
teach art and sewing to home school students over the past 20 years while maintaining her
other sewing business. She also enjoys cooking, gardening and agility training their English
Cocker spaniel. Jeanette is married and has two children and 4 adult grandchildren. She lives in
