3. Your commitment:

We understand that Grace and Truth Co-op is not a school and we as homeschooling parents retain the full responsibility for the education of our children. We will provide daily supervision and accountability. It is our responsibility to participate in the educational plan and do the necessary registrations to make sure that our children get credit for the required courses that will enable them to pursue their calling after high school.
We understand that Grace and Truth Co-op will be teaching our children from the perspective of the Sola-Five Confession of Faith and Core Values. Robust discussion and debate are welcomed and encouraged in our classrooms and we as families are free to respectfully hold differing views.
We will give three months’ notice before withdrawing our students from any class and will pay the entire notice period. This helps keep fees as low as possible for everyone.
We are responsible to source the required curriculum for each class. If we choose to rent from Grace and Truth Online, our curriculum fees are due by December 1 and are subject to change based on exchange rates. Rented books remain the property of the co-op.
We accept that no co-op Venue Authorities or individual members of the co-op, nor any persons connected to the group, will accept any liability or be held liable for any claims arising from any accident or injury or fatality to myself/my child/ren while in the care of the group supervisors. We waive and abandon any claims which may arise both in my capacity as myself/parent and/or as guardian of my child or my ward and I expressly indemnify the Co-op Venue Authorities and the individual members of the co-op against any such claim which may arise or be instituted, whether such claims may arise from unforeseen acts or due to negligence. We give permission if and when we cannot be contacted for a qualified medical officer to treat my child in case of emergency or illness.

4. The purpose of the POPIA is to protect personal information of individuals and businesses and to give effect to their right of privacy as provided for in the Constitution. By signing this form, you consent to your personal information to be processed by Grace & Truth and consent is effective immediately and will remain effective until such consent is withdrawn.

5. Choose Volunteer Status and Request Discount (only applicable to Joburg Campus)

Non-Volunteer Drop and Go (only available for Grade 7 and above)
Non-Volunteer Attending: I will attend Co-op with my children but not serve on any rosters.
25% Volunteer Discount : I will attend all classes with my children, serve on rosters in those classes and help wherever needed on Friday.
50% Facilitator/Administrator Discount: I would like to take charge of a class or administrative duty that will require about 3 hours of time during the week as well as attending co-op on Friday with my children and serving on rosters in those classes.

Payment Instructions

An annual Enrolment Fee of R1000 per family is payable upon enrolment. Please do not pay the fee until your application has been approved by the director. You will recieve an e-mail notification upon approval.
