Payment Instructions

Thank you for requesting Family Membership to Cornerstone!

After your request is approved you will receive an email confirmation. Follow the link in the email to login to your Family Dashboard. Upon logging in, please pay your $85 family membership fee. You can then enroll your students in the classes desired. 

If you are a current Cornerstone family and submit your $85 membership and enroll your students by March 21st, your spot is secured. If you are an Informational Meeting attendee or Cornerstone family registering after that date, we will email you to confirm your registration status within 48 hours. 

Waitlists will be formed for classes as soon as they reach their maximum capacity. If we do not have a spot for your student, Family Membership Fees will be refunded by July 30, 2025.
