To join our group, please read the Forsyth Homeschool Enrichment Membership Guidelines and Policies document and complete this form. Printed copies of the agreement are available on Co-op days. Your membership will be approved and you will gain access to our full site after you have attended a group event and your payment has been received. You may attend public events while waiting for your approval.  The fee covers miscellaneous supplies and the cost of our website host Homeschool Life.

Payment Instructions
