Summer Send Off Celebration
Big Summer Kick-Off!
Location TBA at a later date.
Bring the whole family! Grandparents welcome! Look forward to: Activities & Games, Craft Zone, Food, Group Memory Photo, Year Book distribution, Recognitions/Awards & Celebrations.
Pizza will be provided. Please bring lawn chair and blankets for your family. Please bring extra food for your family if there are severe allergies if needed.
Every family MUST sign up to assist as these events only happen with EVERYONE'S participation.
Family Resources:
- Choose items/activities you or your family will bring or help with. I.E Side dishes, set up/tear down, ice or cups, etc
Attendee Resources:
- Choose specific tasks to coordinate (Adults only). I.E. Food Coordinator will contact each person who volunteered to bring side dishes, Tear Down Director will instruct clean up helpers where to dump trash, take down tables, etc. Children 12 and older may be signed up to assist as Craft Leader and Game Station Helper.
