Completion of this application does not guarentee membership to Rooted In Grace Co-Op. If you have any questions, please reach out to RIGHA Administrator (Rachel McAtee) or other admins.
There is a yearly membership fee of $20 per family to cover administration costs, due once per school year. This does NOT cover any field trips or extra classes your family may sign up for, or any supplies you may be asked to bring to class. The membership fee is due within 14 days of application approval unless otherwise arranged.
You will be asked to review and agree to the following Publications after submitting your application:
Publications / Articles - Mission Statement/ Statement of Faith
Publications / Articles - Parent Expectations
Publications / Articles - Safe Student/ Student Code of Conduct
Publications / Articles - Multimedia/ Photo Policy
*Please Note: Please put spouse information in tabs labeled secondary first and last name. Additional chaperone tab can be used for grandparents or aunts/uncles
