Mom's Morning Out --payment information

Our Mom's Morning Out is run in conjunction with Arcadia Life; but it is actually legally an outreach of Bridge of Hope Church and the use of their facilities by law- a Mom's Morning Out program. Arcadia Life comes alongside and gives it a twist of preschool education in a Biblical, non-denominational way. 
I understand that the caregiver will take reasonable care of my child, but I release them from liability for accidents beyond normal supervision. 

The fine print:

A monthly fee of $100 is due the beginning of every month. Whether your child is there or not- but if class is canceled by us you will be reimbursed $25 the following month. 
Hours are drop-off between 8:15/8:30.. and pick-up at 11:45am every Thursday, at Bridge of Hope. (Enter the side door by picnic tables) Child should bring water bottle. You bring your child inside at drop-off, then at pick-up we will bring them out to you.
