1. I understand I take full responsibilty as a parent/guardian for my child's education. Arcadia Life does not submit documentation to the state for record keeping purposes. As the primary educator in my family, it is my responsibility to maintain my child's educational record and ensure my child/children are enrolled as under a TN umbrella as homeschoolers, as required for state compliance. I must pay the fees of the umbrella I choose and can choose any umbrella I wish, we at Arcadia Life recommend HomeLife Academy and can offer a 20% off code for first time users, just ask. In connection with the programs at Arcadia Life, we are requesting your written consent for your child to participate in group-related trips within the Paris area during the program year. This authorization ensures your child can be included in these excursions without needing special permission for each trip.

Occasional transportation may be required. Transportation can be provided by Arcadia Life team or Bridge of Hope Church.

This authorization covers only trips within the Paris area. For trips to other towns, we will request special permission in advance and notify families of any potential costs. (This is only for Grade level, we will not be taking preschoolers anywhere without ADDITIONAL persmission.)

Arcadia Life follows a structured discipline policy outlined in the Student Handbook. MANY alternative disciplines will be used first as necessary, but, if the need arises & corporal punishment is administered, it will be in accordance with these procedures. *Due to children being children, there are times when they need to reset and take a timeout to re-focus and calm down. Never to exceed a time over their age. If you are not okay with a time-out given in that manner, where they quietly set in a chair or space to have the reset they need; please discuss it with us.

Arcadia Life is a Christian-based homeschool assistance program. While we cannot enforce a strict attendance policy, regular attendance is essential for your child to make the most of their learning experience. If your child will miss a day, it is your responsibility to communicate with the instructors (as soon as possible for an absence) and ensure missed assignments are completed. Failure to take responsibility to keep your child on schedule can result in forfeiture of your child’s spot in our program. I understand Arcadia Life offers classes Monday-Thursday 8:30 A.M. - 2 P.M. Parent/Guardian is responsible to send a nutritious lunch along with their child/children; a forenoon snack is also acceptable. I also understand that there will be optional enrichment activities on some Fridays, but generally parents need to do assigned lessons or homeschool activities at home, to count days at home as a homeschool day.

If you are registering for the hybrid option, you are also agreeing to stay on schedule with the monthly calendar of assignments from Arcadia Life on days at home, per the plan laid out & agreed upon for the year; or options can be changed if a mutual agreement is reached & communication is clear.

Payment: Program Participation Fee payments for classes are due on the first attendance day of each month. Payments that are over a week late may incur a $25 late fee.

Payment Instructions

$500 registration is due after we had a chance to meet and discuss your registration; which then will secure your childs' spot. $100 discount per child if paid in May. August registrations may incur an additional $50 late sign-up fee.

We will invoice you for your program participation fees. You can pay via CHECK, CASH or Paypal via friends and family to arcadialifeschool@gmail.com

Mom's Morning Out has no registration fees, and is due the beginning of each month.
