Payment Instructions

Terms of Service – Homeschool Revival Village

Welcome to Homeschool Revival Village! By becoming a member and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership

Membership is $15 per family per year and is non-refundable.
Membership runs on an annual basis, and dues are required by January 1st each year.
Failure to submit dues by the deadline may result in suspension or removal of membership.

2. Registration & Classes

Only active members in good standing may register for classes or participate in group activities.
Registration is subject to availability and group guidelines.

3. Faith-Based Organization

Homeschool Revival Village is a faith-based community. By joining, you acknowledge and agree to respect our values and mission, which are rooted in Christian principles.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for membership dues, class fees, or any other payments made through the site.

5. Photo Release

By signing up for membership, you grant Homeschool Revival Village permission to take photographs and/or videos of you and your children during group events and activities. These images may be used on our website, Facebook page, and other promotional materials.
If you do not want photographs or videos taken, you must email homeschoolrevivalvillage@gmail.com to opt out.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in Homeschool Revival Village events, classes, and activities, you agree to release and hold harmless Homeschool Revival Village, its organizers, volunteers, and members from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur during any event or class, whether on or off-site.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their children’s safety and well-being at all times.
Homeschool Revival Village does not provide medical or accident insurance for participants.

7. Revocation of Membership

Membership may be revoked at the discretion of the leadership for behavior or actions inconsistent with our community guidelines, faith-based values, or policies.
No refunds will be issued in cases of revoked membership.

8. Code of Conduct

Members agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior in all Homeschool Revival Village activities, both online and in person.
Harassment, inappropriate language, or actions contrary to our values will not be tolerated.

9. Changes to Terms

Homeschool Revival Village reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
