Monthly Meeting
Members and guests are welcome. Please join us at 7pm at Highland Park Baptist Church, 2401 Hazel Street, Texarkana, TX.
The meeting will be our Annual Thanksgiving Celebration. Each needs to bring a Pot-blessing dish, a dessert, & a drink. Also, bring some encouraging thankfulness that you have had because you homeschool. You don't know how you might encourage others with your words. December is a Q & A time. Do you have some questions about homeschooling. There will be a box at this meeting & the December meeting. Put your question in there and we will try our best in a roundtable-type way to answer you questions.
Our monthly meeting falls on the 1st Tuesday of each month during the school year (unless it is moved due to a holiday). During the meetings we review the event calendar, discuss potential activites that may be of interest, and have a special topic concerning homeschooling or a guest speaker.
The parents meeting runs concurrently with Toastmasters Gavel Club for Teens, and an Art Class for children.
