Payment Instructions

**Update: We have paused online registration payments and are NOT accepting them at this time. Please submit your registration fee before August 1st in-person at the co-op on Tuesdays through 5/19 or a check can be mailed. Please email us for that address.

The class costs will be collected on payment day, September 1st at 11:00 a.m.

Please bring cash for the following on 9/1:

Cost Breakdown:

The family registration fee is charged once per family per semester and helps cover rent and insurance for the co-op. This fee is intentionally kept as low as possible and is supplemented by fundraising, depending on the number of families that register.

Fundraising helps us cover the remaining costs needed to support the co-op. We will try to do 2 fundraisers each semester, one will be a football pool in the Fall, and one in the Spring. Rebecca Kruszka has generously offered to run an optional Gift Wrapping fundraiser for this fall. Families may choose to participate if they would like help getting their $100 registration back, or opt out. Any sales from this fundraiser will go directly back to participating families as a reimbursement toward class costs.

We also have a $5.00 family supply fee that helps us keep shared items stocked, such as cleaning supplies, general classroom supplies, paper towels, soap, tissues, garbage bags, etc. This fee is being covered this semester, THANK YOU to our square dance fundraiser.

Coffee and tea are completely optional and available for anyone who would like to enjoy them. Instead of a set fee, we will have a donation bucket available, and families may contribute at their discretion.

New this year: a $10 Tech Fee is charged once per family per year to allow families to utilize this site. We hope you find the benefits of the site as valuable as we do. You will not need to pay another tech fee in the spring. Thankfully this year, the cost was also covered by the square dance fundraiser.
