Statement of Faith:
  • The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and constitutes completed and final revelation. The Bible, in its original autograph, is without error in whole and in part, including theological concepts as well as geographical and historical details. (II Tim. 3:16, Matt. 5:17-18, II Peter 1:19-21)
  • God has existed from all eternity in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Col. 2:9, Jn. 10:30, Phil. 2:5-10), and God the Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:2, Joel 2:28-29, Jn. 14:16-17, Jn. 14:26, Jn. 15:26, Jn. 16:7-14). Jesus Christ was God come in human flesh being fully God and fully man except without sin. (Jn. 1:1- 14, II Cor. 5:21)
  • All men are in violation of God’s righteous requirements and His holy character both by nature and by act, and therefore are under His wrath and just condemnation. The central purpose of the coming of Jesus Christ was to pay the penalty for man’s sin through substitutionary death on the cross - the successful accomplishment which was attested to by His subsequent visible, bodily resurrection. (Rom. 3:10-26, I Cor. 15:12-22, II Cor. 5:14-21)
  • Salvation is offered as a gift, free to the sinner. This gift must be responded to in individual faith, not trust in any personal works whatsoever, but in the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ alone. (Rom. 6:23, Eph. 2:1-10, II Cor. 5:14-21)
  • We hold as belief and conviction that children are given by God as a stewardship to the parent and not the state and that parents have the wherewithal and authority to teach and educate their own children. (Prov. 22:6; Deut. 6:6-7; Eph. 6:4, Mal. 2:15, Ps. 127:3-5)
  • Marriage constitutes the union between one biological man and one biological woman. (Gen. 2:22-24; Matt. 19:4-6; Heb. 13:4-7; Mk. 10:6-9; I Cor. 7:1-16)

Time Commitments:
  • Parents are ultimately responsible for the education of their homeschooled children and must submit their own letter of intent to homeschool to their residing school district, it is NOT the Warrior 3 Co-op responsibility to do so.
  • The 2026-2027 School year will be from Monday September 8th 2026- Friday May 28th 2027.  Traditional school Holidays and Breaks are observed as well.
  • Traditional Class days are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-12:30pm where the whole Warrior 3 Co-op will commit to following “The Good and The Beautiful” homeschool curriculum.
  • Field trip days are on Fridays and class times may differ based on the activity planned but we will try to keep the time as close to “normal” times as possible.
  • “Lifeskill” workshop classes will be offered on Monday and Wednesday afternoons 1-3pm(these are not included in the Warrior 3 Co-op yearly dues and may have additional fees based on the instructor and activity).
  • Members can choose to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week for the year(must commit desired days by Wednesday July 1st 2026, if availability is still open) and are required to keep up with the group's curriculum.  If your child misses a day or chooses less than the 4 traditional class days, it is the parents responsibility to keep up with the curriculum at home.  Remember this is a homeschool co-op, it is ultimately the parents responsibility to make sure their child is on track with their education.
  • All members should plan to attend the yearly planning meeting on Sunday August 2nd at 4pm and be actively involved in the planning.
  • All parents are asked to contribute service to the group. One parent from each family is expected to attend one full(8:30am-12:30pm) traditional class day per week and fully plan (organize, be responsible for, carry out) at least one group experience (field trip [going somewhere], event [holiday party], “lifeskills” workshop activity) or be responsible for one organizational position[board member or organizational leader]. If you can do more than this, GREAT!
  • All members should be prompt to all meetings. Please respect your fellow members by making every effort to be on time. If you are unable to make it to a class that you are responsible for, please find a substitute teacher for your class from the sub roster and give them at least a 24-hour notice. In case of emergency only contact the Director/Co-Director.
  • Make every effort to be actively involved. While we understand that everyone cannot always be at everything, and some things are not of interest to your family, it is important to stay connected on a consistent basis. If you are absent from activities for more than 8 weeks, you will be contacted to see if you still desire to be a member.

  • Educational director Annual dues are $1000/day of the week annually the family is choosing to attend.

Behavior and Attitude:
  • We encourage uplifting words, nice attitudes and helpful works. Inappropriate actions including but not limited to abusive language or acts, profanity, drugs, violence, or gossip will not be tolerated at any time including on social media. Should these or other inappropriate behaviors occur, the offender will be reminded once verbally with a witness present, once with a letter, and upon the third violation , the member family will be asked in writing to leave the group for a period of time to be determined by the membership. If the member family is permitted to return and the individual commits an additional offensive act, they will be asked to leave the group permanently. During Warrior 3 Learning Pod functions the use of tobacco and alcohol is prohibited.
  • We expect students and parents to exhibit appropriate behavior and attitudes; proper respect for authority; good manners; and modest apparel.
  • We expect parents to immediately address inappropriate attitudes/behavior by their student(s). This should be done in private, away from the rest of the group. If the parent is not in the immediate vicinity, the adult in charge will have the authority to give the student up to two warnings about the specific behavior and then place them in time out for a designated period of time. If the student continues to act inappropriately, they will be taken to their parent for further discipline. (Time out is one minute per year of life up to a maximum of 5 minutes.)
  • Outward conflicts that are loud or violent in nature between parents should not occur. (If you have a difficulty with something that someone is saying or doing, address it with them in private as soon as possible.) If this type of conflict occurs, all parties involved will be given one warning, then removed from the group. We trust that we can follow the biblical pattern of reconciliation and forgiveness prior to an incident occurring.
  • No member should use the email or phone list for anything other than group-related items. No soliciting will be tolerated as it can cause difficulties within the group. Other venues for that may be available.
  • If you are satisfied or dissatisfied with some aspect of the group, tell the appropriate people. Everyone loves a pat on the back and no one likes to be talked about behind their back. If you have been hurt or offended by someone in the group, go directly to them in the spirit of peace and speak to them in love. Seek reconciliation. Do not gossip within or outside of the group. If in doubt about how to handle something go to the leadership for guidance.

If children are not meeting behavior standards, they will be asked to refrain from participation until they can demonstrate or exhibit the needed control or improvement.

If at any time, a member (parent or child) creates problems within the group, that member may be asked to leave. This group exists to benefit families who are homeschooling (or considering), and we reserve the right to maintain the integrity of the group through the removal of any member who does not support these goals or otherwise interferes with these goals. Removal of a member must be agreed upon by a majority of the Board of Directors.

  Dress Code:

In keeping with conservative Christian values, we believe that our clothing is representative of that witness. We ask that families honor the following dress codes when participating in our activities. Student clothing should be modest. No low necklines, bare midriffs, or spaghetti-strap tops. No excessively tight and / or revealing clothing. No see-through shirts. Shorts, dresses and skirts must be at least mid-thigh length for all students. A student found in violation of the dress code may be asked to change into the proper attire or otherwise address the issue or could be asked to leave the activity. We appreciate the parent’s role and guidance in this issue.
