The following process will be used for reviewing membership requests:

Application is reviewed
- Please allow up to 10 business days as Journey leadership contacts references & recieves responses AND waits for results of parent background checks.
- All Spring 2026 NW Branches Families will automatically be approved but must still complete the Ministry Safe Background Check and Training (adults only) prior to classes starting.
Application is accepted or denied (will be notified)
Welcome meeting (15 minutes)
- If approved, finalization meeting with Journey leadership.
Complete MinistrySafe training
- All participating adults are mandatory reporters & must complete training prior to the first day of school
- Journey cannot allow families to participate in classes or activities until this training is completed

7. What method of payment will you be utilizing for your child(ren)?

Journey supports family choice in deciding the best method for financing their child(ren)'s education. We can accept payments thorugh ClassWallet (2% processing fee) or private pay (3% processing fee). We ask you to share your anticipated method of payment to ensure we provide accurate invoicing for your records. 8. Acknowledgement & Agreement:
