ABOUT
Mission Statement
Beth Immanuel Homeschool Co-op (BIHC) is a Messianic Jewish homeschool community, operating under Beth Immanuel Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, intent on providing excellent educational and social experiences for children, as well as connection and support for homeschool families.
Educational Philosophy
Beth Immanuel Homeschool Co-op (BIHC) strives to complement all homeschooling styles by using an independent weekly unit study. We are committed to using quality, comprehensive curriculum resources. Enrollment in BIHC is not intended to be a substitution for your quality homeschool instruction.
Vision Statement
Beth Immanuel Homeschool Co-op (BIHC) is a Messianic Jewish homeschool community established to provide collaborative learning opportunities and inspiration for children and adults in a weekly meet up. Our goal is to provide quality learning experiences for children and to support homeschooling parents.
Through hands-on learning and quality lessons we aim to foster wonder in the world around us and a sense of responsibility within it. During guided parent time parents are encouraged to collaborate and share approaches and resources that have enhanced their personal homeschooling/parenting journey.
We acknowledge that children are created with inherent dignity, purpose, and the capacity to learn and grow. From the moment they are born they are a gift from God, filled with purpose and potential.
We hold a Torah Hashkafa (worldview) and our time together is focused on academic and religious instruction that is aligned to Beth Immanuel Torah School (BITS) instruction happening on Wednesdays and Shabbats.
