Please fill out this form to request membership for our Catholic Homeschool Group.  All fields marked with a red asterisk(*) are required to submit this form. The website charges $9.50 per family upon registration and again each October when we renew our subscription. The website does not allow us to prorate fees for families joining mid year.

Please note we no longer have an option to be hidden on the website. All members must be visible to each other in our online directory to be part of TEACH. We apologize if this causes any inconvience.
