Please fill out this form to request membership for our Catholic Homeschool Group.  All fields marked with a red asterisk(*) are required to submit this form. The website charges $9.95 per family upon registration and again each August when we renew our subscription. The website does not allow us to prorate fees for families joining mid year.

Please note we no longer have an option to be hidden on the website. All members must be visible to each other in our online directory to be part of TEACH. We apologize if this causes any inconvience.

Payment Instructions

Dues are $9.95/year for the website use fees and are payable via Payal (Diane Pohlmeier; dianeapohlmeier@yahoo.com), Venmo (@dangehring25) or Zelle (469.734.3512--account is in my husband Dan Gehring's name). Payment is due within one week of membership activation. If not received, membership will be suspended until payment is received. Dues paid now are for the 2026-2027 school year and will be assessed again yearly in August 2027. Your membership will be activated once funds are received.
