Drug Education - Perceptions of Drugs and Vaping
Drug Education Class - Perception of Drugs and Vaping
Age Limit: 12
There is a nursery available if you wish to stay with them there but it is not staffed.
We are so excited to have the St. Louis DEA available to present one of their programs, Perceptions of Drugs and Vaping.
Vaping is the new gateway drug. This program focuses on perception. The perception of vape is that it is safe. The kids would never smoke a cigarette because their perception is that the cigarettes will kill you. The same thing regarding the pain pills. Around 90% of heroin addicts never intended to use heroin. However, once getting addicted to the pain pills they are forced to use heroin. The goal is to have as many parents to attend as possible, as they normally learn more than the kids.
