Thank you for your interest in joining the CHEEF group. We accept new members during the month of August and the first 2 weeks of December. Please read the following carefully.
By signing up for a membership, you are in agreement with the following:
1. I have read the CHEEF Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct, and I agree that I hold to these Biblical truths. I acknowledge that the CHEEF board operates under these guidelines, and I agree to follow the Code of Conduct, as well as respect and not teach contrary to these beliefs when participating in any CHEEF activities. (See CHEEF Documents link.)
2. CHEEF is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur at a CHEEF event or meeting. This includes all members and/or CHEEF as a whole.
3. Administrators have permission to use pictures of you and/or your children on this site.
Please print off the member agreement form. (Page 4 of the Statement of Faith/Code of Conduct listed at the side bar.) Your membership will then be accepted upon receipt of form and payment. Please send signed form and check payable to C.H.E.E.F. for $45.00 to Kaitlyn Gildenmeister, 5168 County Road 177, Clyde, Ohio 43410.
