Thank you for your interest in HeartWay Homeschool Co-op.

Our co-op classes offer a full range of subjects, from core classes such as history, literature, science and writing
to fun electives such as culinary, PE, sewing, choir, art, and drama.

The school year begins in early August and continues through mid May.

The first step will be to attend an informational meeting.

We have dates and times for our informational meetings:
Tuesday, March 5th at 1 PM (Journey Community Church Chapel in Lumberton),
March 7th in the evening at 6:30 pm (Compassion Christian Counseling offices in Lumberton;
Tuesday, April 9 at 1 pm (Journey Community Church Chapel in Lumberton)
Tuesday, May 7th (Journey Community Church Chapel in Lumberton).

This Info meeting is for new families interested in learning about the co-op at Journey Community Church, 1534 U.S. Hwy 96 in Lumberton. We will meet in chapel, go through our vision for our co-op, answer questions you may have, and we will have a quick tour of the classes and campus at the end.

Come see what our co-op has to offer to help you on the homeschooling journey.

The evening meeting will not have a tour of the classrooms since the students and teachers won't be on campus.

Our Admission Process

The admission process for new families wanting to attend HeartWay Homeschool Co-op is a 5 step process:

1. Attend an informational meeting (usually occurs at the beginning of March and in April) and pick up an application at the meeting.

2. Pray about what is best for your family and review the Statement of Faith

3. Submit the application with a small nonrefundable fee of $ 10 and an interview time will be set up between your family and the board of director members

4. Have an interview with the Board of Directors

5. If admitted, fill out the necessary registration packet and submit the registration fee within 1 month of acceptance into HeartWay Co-op.
