Transcript fees are waived for 2024 graduates and currently enrolled students of RCS.

TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNLESS GRADES AND ATTENDANCE HAVE BEEN  PROPERLY REPORTED, TUITION PAID,  LIBRARY BOOKS RETURNED, AND TRANSCRIPT FEE RECEIVED.
