We hope you will join us for a fun family night of dining, dancing, games, and mingling. Invite your friends & family. All ages are welcome!
- $3 per person when prepaid online. Print or screen shot final payment receipt, you will need to show it at the door.
- Or $5 per person cash purchased at the door
- Please bring a dish for our potluck dinner: Add a general description of your dish on our RSVP form
- Root beer floats will be available for $1
- We have special guests who will teach us East Coast swing dancing!
- Dj, Free dancing

- Raffle 50's theme
- Vintage 50's car will be making an appearance
- 50's dress attire encouraged!

- 5:30pm-9:00pm in the gym at Mid Valley

NOTES
- We had about 130 guests
- used about 250 plates and about 200 disposable cups for water/lemonade, used only 2 packs of napkins, need two bags of ice
- We had 8 tables for seating, could have used one more table- some people sat on the benches to eat
- Need 3 tables for food/desserts
- Costume contest for next year
- If raffles are done, have DJ draw the winning tickets. Whoever is drawn is the winner regardless of status. Don't need to write name and number on each ticket. People have to hang on to their ticket to win. Call out the numbers and not the name. More fun that way.
- In description add that we will provide water and lemonade
- lessons,limbo game, floats, coffee, and hot coco were a huge hit!
- Used 3 packages of lemonade, that made 3 gallons each
- Have the game first then lessons to break the ice. Save free dance for very last.
- 65 rootbeer floats.16 oz plastic cups with domed lids, long spoons & straws (1 tub US Foods ice cream-2 scoops per cup, 6-2 liters soda), could have sold more
- paid DJ $100, dance teachers $50
- also print newtek copy for those that forget their receipt
- Pre-sale tickets sold 93 @ $3 each $279 Total
- $210 cash including at door and floats + $10 Venmo (nice at door option for future)
- So about $500 brought in
- Be clear about raffle proceeds before the night (raffle proceeds can cover cost but overage should go to Anchor)
