A few quick notes about the membership process -
After you've submitted this form, I'll contact you with any further questions and payment information for our annual dues. Dues pay for our website, group parties and events, special speakers and seminars, etc. They are $40 for new families and $30 for returning families. We use paypal, but if you would prefer to pay with cash or a check, please let me know at that time.
