CARTOONING CAMPS
with Dan Nuckols
Dan Nuckols has been cartooning ever since he was about 5, and has been published in varous publications including the Washington Post. His website, www.danspulpit.com has many of his cartoons in it. Dan has also drawn many caricatures at local county fairs.
In the fall of 2004, Dan created a 16 lesson series on cartooning. He is now offering these classes through Cartooning Camps (and co-ops).
If you have a student who loves to doodle, these camps would be a great opportunity for your son or daughter to hone those skills and create engaging and fun cartoons!
Parents are more than welcome to join their children in class! Students are able to attend as many camp days as they would like. Sign ups are open! Please sign up each calendar date your student will attend so we know how many students to expect. Please make checks out to: Dan Nuckols and bring them on the students first day of camp they will be attending.
PRICING:
- $15 one-time materials fee (Includes a $28 cartooning textbook students keep)
- $50 per day, per student (1-2 children of immediate family)
- $40 per day, per student (3-4 children of immediate family)
- $30 per day, per student (for 5+ children of immediate family)

CARTOONING CAMP 3 (Ages 9-18)
9:30-10:30am - Lesson 9 "Inking and Lettering"
10:45-11:45am - Lesson 10 "Coloring"
11:45-12:45pm - Lunch break (please bring a sack lunch)
12:45-1:45pm - Lesson 11 "Gag Writing"
2:00-3:00pm - Lesson 12 "Single Paneled Cartoons"
