Read-A-Thon

OPEN HOUSE

Become a Free Ranger or Supporter!

Are you looking for a homeschool community that values creativity, curiosity, and connection? At Free Range Learning Cooperative (FRLC), we believe in learning without limits, where kids can explore their interests, develop essential skills, and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment. We are currently serving age 4 -12th graders.

As a secular, inclusive homeschool cooperative, we welcome families of all backgrounds and learning styles. Whether your learner loves science experiments, hands-on art projects, nature, D&D, field trips, or just making new friends, there’s a place for you here.

What We Offer:

  • Community & Collaboration – A network of families learning and growing together.

  • Enriching Activities – Classes, projects, and events designed to spark curiosity and fun!

  • Supportive Environment – We celebrate individuality, pronouns, and respect every learning journey.

  • Director Vendor - Step Up for Students

If you’ve been looking for a homeschool cooperative that values community, we’d love to meet you.

Support Our 2025 Read-A-Thon

Right now, our cooperative is working toward a literacy goal of 100,000 total minutes read between August 19 and October 21! The 2025 Read-A-Thon will help fund our library and computer lab, giving our learners more books, better tech access, and new opportunities to explore.

What’s Ahead at FRLC:

2025 Read-A-Thon – Library & Computer Lab
Because literacy and tech access should go hand-in-hand. We’re teaming up with local businesses to give our learners more tools to explore the world.

Spring 2026 Playground Initiative
Mud pies. Tree forts. Movement and magic. Our dream? A new outdoor learning space where nature does the teaching.

Gender Free Prom – A Celebration for Everyone
No boxes. No binaries. Just glitter, music, and a night to shine. Sponsorships make it possible and unforgettable.

Whether you’re a parent, guardian, family member, partner, or potential sponsor, thank you for helping us grow a place where curiosity is championed, learners are loved, and education is anything but ordinary.

With sunshine and gratitude,
Jennifer Jones
