Member Registration Instructions

1) Complete the Registration Page.

Make sure to opt in for text messages! 

PAYMENTS: All payments should be made from this registration page unless sending a check. If you prefer to mail a check, please make it payable to Lisa Duckworth and mail it to 12777 Barnett Dr., Mount Airy, MD 21771.   

2) Complete the 2026-2027 Family Participation Agreement. 

3) Complete the 2026-2027 Family Hold Harmless Agreement.

4) Sign up for our groups.io group. A link to this group and our teen group can be found on the main page of our website at the bottom in the center.

Once all items are completed, your membership will be approved. After you have been approved, you will have full access to the website.

Payment must be received by 7/1/26 in order to participate in class registration, which will open on 7/13/26.
