Member Registration Instructions

1) Complete the Registration Page.  To complete, please click on the person with a plus icon on the top right-hand corner of this website. Make sure to Opt-in for text messages! All payments can be made from this registration page or on the 2024-2025 Family Participation Agreement page, which is attached to the Registration page or can be found below.

2) Complete the 2024-2025 Family Participation Agreement. A PayPal payment page will come up after you complete the form. Please use that page to pay all applicable fees by the due date. If you prefer to mail a check, please make it payable to Lisa Duckworth, and mail it to 12777 Barnett Dr., Mount Airy, MD 21771. 

3) Complete the 2024-2025 Family Hold Harmless Agreement. 

4) Sign up for our groups.io group. A link to this group and our teen group can be found on the main page of our website at the bottom in the center.

Once all items are completed, your membership will be approved.
