To enroll in Monocacy Home Educator's Co-op, you must have completed an application and be invited to participate.

After you have been invited, it is required that you complete the registration form, fill out a Participation  Agreement and a Hold Harmless Agreement Form and pay all applicable fees. The agreements are on the next page of this registration form.

Payment Instructions

New  Member Fees:

The Yearly Family Fee is $150 ($125 Balance after the $25 Deposit- $129.50 including the PayPal fees) for the year. This covers $75.00 for Fall and $75.00 for Spring. 

Teen Drop-Off Fee: $250 ($259 - includes PayPal Fees) per student per semester. 

If you paid a $25 deposit, then that goes toward your yearly cost. Please remit the balance of $125.00 ($1129.50 if using PayPal). This must be paid in full prior to being able to register for classes.  Please pay below.

You may pay via check payable to Lisa Duckworth, cash, or PayPal. (NOTE: if using PayPal, a 3.6% processing fee has been added.) Payments may be mailed to Lisa Duckworth, 12777 Barnett Dr., Mount Airy, MD 21771
