To enroll in Monocacy Home Educator's Co-op, you must have completed an application and be invited to participate.

After you have been invited, it is required that you complete the registration form, fill out a Participation  Agreement and a Hold Harmless Agreement Form and pay all applicable fees. The agreements are on the next page of this registration form.

Payment Instructions

New  Member Fees:

The Yearly Family Fee is $150 ($125 Balance after the $25 Deposit- $129.50 including the PayPal fees) for the year. This covers $75.00 for Fall and $75.00 for Spring. 

Teen Drop-Off Fee: $250 (259 - includes PayPal Fees) per student per semester. 

If you paid a $25 deposit, then that goes toward your yearly cost. Please remit the balance of $125.00 ($1129.50 if using PayPal). This must be paid in full prior to being able to register for classes.  Please pay below or on the 2026-2027 Family Participation Form.

You may pay via check payable to Lisa Duckworth, cash, or PayPal. (NOTE: if using PayPal, a 3.6% processing fee has been added.) Payments may be mailed to Lisa Duckworth, 12777 Barnett Dr., Mount Airy, MD 21771
