The annual Craft Fair returns with a new name - Bartholomew Faire!

The Bartholomew Faire took place every year in London from 1133 to 1855. Originally chartered for selling cloth, the event expanded to include everything from foods to metal works to glassware to even acrobats! Since our fair encompasses craft items as well as as home-based businesses, we decided a broader name was needed. We are homeschoolers, afterall, and the world is our classroom, so why not pick a historical name that applies to our modern-day adventures?!

Our Faire is a fun opportunity for both our members with an entrepreneurial spirit, and those who like to support local friends, not to mention buy items that are made with talent and love.

Items available for purchase this year include knit scrunchies and washcloths, and jewelry; handmade paper items such as journals, stationery, and other crafts; handmade soaps and crochet crafts; leather punched jewelry; Beauty Beneath & Beyond cosmetics; Scentsy; handcrafted jewelry; homemade baked goods, gift basket raffle, and; horseback riding lessons.

The Faire will open at 6:30 p.m.

TEACH Texarkana's new COVID19 policy will be in effect. All entrants will have their temperature taken (screening for temperatures of 100° F or higher), be asked screening questions, and be issued paper proof-of-check-in bracelets. Please see the attached document for the full COVID19 policy. This policy is for the protection of all attendees, vendors and shoppers, as well as the host church that has graciously allowed us the use of their facilities. While masks are not required, the Board of Officers reserves the right to change this policy at any time (based on state, local, or church guidelines at the time of the event). Masks are strongly encouraged, however, as is the maintaining of six feet of physical distance between family groups as much as possible.
