Co-Op - 6 Classes in the Fall & 6 Classes in the Spring. These are parent led. We occasionally get proffessional classes like, Music or Art.
Enrichment Activities - Field trips, special events, and social activities.
A lending library full of living books and homeschool resources and curriculum.
BACH Swap - (Held at Mom's Meetings) A time to share outgrown clothing and homeschool resources with other families.
Bellevue Area Christian Homeschoolers (BACH) is a faith-based group of homeschooling families.
Regarding the nature of education, we believe that all education is religious in nature since one's view of the world and life inevitably is involved in teaching. Every discipline of knowledge, including subjects such as mathematics, science, or history, will have as its final reference point a theistic or humanistic view of reality. Therefore there is no neutral academic discipline. We believe that all social, physical, and cognitive knowledge should have as its beginning the fear of God and as its end the glory of God.
Membership is open to homeschooling families who are educating at least one child as well as veteran homeschoolers. Member families must register, and provide a signed and notarized liability release. We ask that new members join at one of our monthly meetings. Families with compulsory-aged children must be compliant with homeschool laws in the state of Nebraska or Iowa.
Registration and liability release forms can be requested via email by contacting [email protected].
