GRACE Co-op New Family Enrollment

Families may request membership to GRACE at any time throughout the year. If your membership request is received after class registration closes, your family  will be "parked" until the next open regsitration period. While parked, new members will not be able to log in to the member's side of our site, attend classes or receive our weekly update emails. They will receive other emails with co-op information and and be able to attend certain activities and field trips while waiting to register for co-op classes. More information will be sent with the approval email.

New families: Joining GRACE Co-op is a three step process.

1. Complete this online membership request  along with the attached form, which includes our Statement of Faith, Screening                              Form and Photo Release. Membership requests cannot be processed without the completion of this form.  After you                                      receive your approval you will be able to log in and use our site.

2. You must register for classes before the close of registration for the current semester. If you do not complete class                                    registration, your family will be "parked" and have limited access to our site and information emails.

3. Attend Orientation and pay your semester fee. If you do not attend Orientation (without notifying admin of extenuating                           circumstances) and pay your semester fees, your family will be "parked" at that time and have limited access to our site and information emails.
