Visitor Policy

GCHE is excited you want to visit! To secure the safety of our members and our guests, GCHE has enacted the following visitor policy:

1. All visitors to GCHE Co-op are subject to Advisory Team Approval.

2. Visitors may not attend co-op unless previously approved by Advisory Team.

3. Visitors must fill out a visitor request form at least one week prior to visit.

4. Only two visiting families will be approved per week.

5. Visiting families are allowed only one visit to co-op.

6. Visitors must wear a name tag while visiting.

7. Visiting children and parents/guardians must be in a class during all 3 class periods.

8. Visiting families must agree to the Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and Church Use.

9. Visiting families must comply with student responsibilities and dress code guidelines while visiting.

10. Visiting families must sign a release of liability form.
