How to Request a Transcript:

• Step One: Please fill out a Transcript Request Form here. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
• Step Two: Please use the below storefront to pay for your requested transcript(s).

Transcript Cost:

• 1st Transcript, With 1 week+ notice:  $5.00
• 1st Transcript, With less than 1 week notice:  $8.00
• Each additional transcript: $2.00
• Hard copy to mail:  Add $2.00 to cost above
