Parents Night (Back to School)
SIGN UPS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL JULY 15TH
Parents Night at Grace Fellowship – Starting at 6:00 PM!
Please arrive early between 5:30 and 5:45.
Deadline to sign up: August 21st
Sign-ups will be closed on August 22nd.
Parents Night is for YOU, the parent! We ask that children stay home, as there will not be entertainment provided for them.
Please sign up every adult attending (mom, dad, grandparent, etc.) so we can have an accurate headcount for seating and food.
HK&C will be providing the main course pasta and salad, catered by our very own HK&C mom, Crystal Pence, owner of The Riff Raff food truck!
Every family, new and returning, is asked to bring breads, sweets, or drinks — enough to feed your group plus one. We are anticipating around 100 adults attending.

Parents Night is open to returning families and new families interested in joining HK&C or learning more about us. Please send them the website link and ask them to sign up themselves and anyone attending with them.
Key Notes for Parents Night:
• Receive your registration folder
• Enjoy a meal while meeting new and returning HK&C parents
• Hear about exciting events planned for the upcoming school year
• Turn in your HK&C registration form and dues (cash or check)
HK&C Dues:
• $50 for the year
• $25 per semester
Art Class Payment Options:
• $45 for the year
• OR $20 for 1st semester and $25 for 2nd semester
• OR $5 monthly payment option
New families planning to join HK&C: Please go ahead and request access to the website! At the top of the page, click the arrow drop-down and select “Request Membership in this Homeschool Group.” This will help speed up the registration process. Membership requests will be approved after Parents Night once registration forms and dues have been submitted.
