Teen Camp Planning Meeting
Each month at 6pm the night of teen/tween night we will have teen camp planning meetings. Come if you want to be a part of making teen camp great! Bring $3 for pizza. The teen activity will be at the same location immediately after the planning meeting.
At the meetings we will be discussing:
1. Theme,
2. Shirt design
3. Families
4. The new camp area.
5. Vote on Texas snowball fight and glow in the dark laser tag.
6. Decide on keynote speaker. (Diana Hoelscher or someone new?)
7. Side fundraiser hustles at all Deseret Activities- co-op, park days, park meet ups, etc. (ice pops, granola bars, fruit cups, water)
8. Ideas on what you can donate to the silent auction (example, I will have an Astros basket- full of Astros swag)
