Volleyball, basketball, zip line, cargo net, trampoline ball, batting cage with pitching machine, farm animals, and a bonfire.

 Parents:

We need your help for chaperoning and food. If you want to work out carpools, feel free to bring your younger children and stay and hang out. We have plenty of land and the little ones won’t get mixed up with the big ones!

We need 8 sets of parents to help spread out to cover the grounds and help with food.

10 Crock pots of soup…bring labeled ladle(say that 5x fast!)

Shredded cheese-2 extra large bags or 1  5lb bag from Sam’s.

1 extra large sour cream container from Sam’s or 3   24 oz

10 LARGE bags of tostado or frito type chips

125 heavy duty, large bowls for chili(they come back for seconds)

125 paper plates

150 spoons, 1 large package about 175 napkins

Cups for water and hot chocolate

10 boxes hot chocolate mix

6 boxes graham crackers

6 packages of the 6 pack(large size)chocolate bars(or buy the leftover Halloween candy choc bars for ½ price after Thur night)

5 bags marshmallows
