IEW Parent Training - Day 3
Parent Training for IEW Summer 2015
This training is necessary for parents* enrolling students in:
- 4th Grade IEW
- 5th Grade IEW
- IEW1 for 6th graders new to UHC
- IEW1 for 7th and 8th graders
Monday, July 20 from 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, July 21 from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Wednesday, July 22 from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Each attendee needs to bring the following handbook: Teaching Writing: Structure and Style. This resource is available at the IEW website for $35. Please purchase the handbook before the workshop and bring it with you.
The cost of the workshop is $15 for UHC members and $20 for non-members. Please bring cash or a check payable to UHC. The workshop will take place at Taylors First Baptist in “The Loft” multipurpose area.

*If you have taken the UHC Parent IEW Training previously, you do not have to repeat the course.
** Parents of rising 4th graders may choose to attend just DAY 1 of the workshop, and may return to finish the workshop the following summer at no additional charge.
