Cost to rent a table:
Upstate Members: $5 per table: sign ups now open, login to sign up
Non-members: $10 per table; sign up open May 13
When reserving a table you are agreeing to:
-Pay the fee for the table (correct change preferred) upon entering
-Be ready to begin clean up at 8:00pm sharp
-Clean the table and the area around it before leaving
-Have someone on the book sale team check your table before leaving
You can bring your items anytime between 3:00pm - 4:30pm, but after 4:30pm the outside doors will be locked until 5:00pm when the general public will be allowed to enter.
Persons selling items at the sale will be able to “shop” from 4:30pm - 5:00pm
Please indicate the number of tables you will need.
Also, you may share a table, but only one person should register and pay at the door. Please work out splitting the fee amongst yourselves.
To avoid confusion, discuss with your partner who will register and who will pay the entire fee at the door.
In the sign up form one person will register, state how many tables and then indicate if you are sharing a table. If you are sharing a table it will ask for the name of the person with whom you are sharing, then ask how many are attending. On the next screen you will enter those names again, including your own.
Please do NOT list family and friends (i.e. your children) who will be helping you run your table. Only list names of those who are renting the table(s).
The fee is per table.
You will be in charge of your own table and can label and price your materials in whatever way you deem best.
Be prepared to make change for your customers.
