UHC Parent Training for IEW Writing Courses 2022
This training program is mandatory for parents enrolling students in the following Institute for Excellence in Writing courses at UHC:

3rd Grade IEW
-
4th Grade IEW
-
5th Grade IEW
-
IEW 1, 6th Grade for Sixth Graders new to UHC
-
IEW 1, 7th-8th Grade for Seventh or Eighth Graders new to UHC
A parent must attend all three of the following 2021 training sessions:

Monday, July 11: 12:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 12: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 13: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Exceptions: If the teaching parent has previously taken the UHC Parent Training for our writing classes, he or she will not need to repeat the course.
Parents of rising third and fourth graders may choose to attend only day one of the training . Those who choose this option must complete the other two days of training the following summer before their children take the next UHC writing class.
