Who: Rising 9-12th Grade
Learn how to identify, analyze, finance, and manage real estate investments to use as a path toward passive income. Kim and her husband, Travis, have over 50 long and short term rentals both in SC and NC. In this workshop, we will actively analyze real estate currently for sale in Greenville. Once we identify a deal, we will walk through our finance options. Then, we will create our rehab budget. Finally, we will set it up as a long term, monthly, and short term rental, exploring the pros and cons of each.
