Please read through "Our Co-op Policies" found at the top of our web page first so you understand what our co-op is about, how our days run, and what is expected of our members.

Membership gives you access to our website and the ability to participate in the extracurricular activities*. It DOES NOT guarantee your family a spot in our classes. Our membership fee is $30/year/family and is nonrefundable. Once our current families have registered, we are better able to see if we have availability/openings for new families to register in our classes. Registration is typically at the end of May.

*extracurricular activities: These are activities that your family can join in without being an active attending member of CCC classes. For example, your family could just attend the Valentine Bowling Party to hang out with other homeschool families, but not attend our classes.

For those requesting membership, there are 3 choices:

1. Your membership will be temporarily approved and the membership fee withheld until after registration for our current families is complete. If on the day we open registration to new families you find that there are classes that you want to register your students in, your membership will be fully approved and the $30 yearly membership fee will be applied. This fee will need to be paid immediately to keep your family in the line for registration.

2. Your membership will be temporarily approved and the membership fee withheld but you find that there are no classes that are a fit for your students so you have no interest in joining. Your temporary membership will be closed and there will be no membership fee for you to pay.

3. Your membership will be temporarily approved and the membership fee withheld. Then, if you find that there are no classes of interest but you would still like access to our website so that you can participate in the extracurricular activities, your membership will be fully approved and you will be invoiced for the $30 yearly membership fee. This fee will need to be paid immediately to keep your membership.

Before signing up for classes that I agree to double check that the class dates will work for my family. I understand there are no refunds on any class fees should I be absent and that we do not allow drop-offs.

There are 3 additional forms to fill out online the Youth waiver, the Adult waiver and the World Watch membership option form. If you are not directed to fill this out on this screen, you will find them on the top of your profile page. Payment Instructions

New families will be invoiced for the $30 yearly membership fee after our current families have registered and they decide they want to join. This fee will be due immediately at that time.

The membership fee and any other banking fees are non-refundable.
