We begin planning classes as early as February of the current school year for the next school year. We employ a collaborative approach by asking members to offer classes they may teach and requesting classes they would like to see. We are using a Padlet for the 2026-2027 planning season. Teachers are required to submit a teacher form to formally submit a class offering. Our Class Coordinator will follow up with anyone who submits a form.

Registration opens in the spring after re-enrollment is complete and the class schedule is built from the classes offered. Registration is on a tiered basis. Teachers and our cleaning/set-up teams are offered early registration as a thank you for their service. Service hours are required for all adults, and the number required is based on the number of hours students are enrolled in classes. Please see our handbook under Family Information for details

We provide detailed information regarding class attendance in our handbook. However, in general: Be on time as a courtesy to all; Honor your service hour commitment; If you are sick, please stay home; If you will miss class, please notify any affected individuals including the Class Coordinator; Come prepared; Be courteous to our host church
