Field Day Events are for ages 4-12 years old.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please click on the drop down and select the CORRECT type of ticket (Participant, Parent, or Younger/Older Sibling). NOTICE: There will be a "Participant" Box that appears when you select a person & ticket --> please DESELECT it for everyone EXCEPT those that are 4-12 yrs old! (This tracks the Actual Field Day Participants towards the Max of 100)
*** Parents will be assigned to an event station when you sign in. (There will be parents assigned to watch the little ones who are too young to participate.)
*** Older siblings are welcome to serve as Field Day Helpers -- extra hands pitching in is a blessing!
CHESS Families get Priority Registration from 3/31 - 4/23 Priorty Registration: Registering early & getting a deal! For Field Day -- Priority Registration is FREE! Regular Registration will be from 4/24 - 5/8
Regular Registration will be open to non-members and CHESS members alike
Regular Registration will be $5/participant* (regardless of membership status)
Payments must be made upon registration if you are not a CHESS Member -- you cannot make payment later.
*Only Children 4-12 qualify as participants (younger & older siblings are free)
***All payments MUST be made by 5/8 or they will be automatically cancelled & cannot be reinstated.
General Schedule for the Day:
Signing in will begin at 9:15 am -- Don't be late!
Field Day Stations will kick off at 10 am!
